How many attendees are you expecting?


We are currently anticipating 1500 attendees for Romance Con 2024.

How many authors will be attending?


We are currently anticipating 150–200 authors for Romance Con 2024.

How many hours per day will we have to table?


The Romance Con vendor tables will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday, September 6, and Saturday, September 7, 2024.

How close is the vendor area to the signing hall?


The vendors will be along the wall directly across the hallway from the signing hall.

Do you offer a discount on hotel accommodations?


Yes, we have a partnership with a connected hotel to offer a discounted rate on accommodations. Details about booking will be forthcoming.

Can I bring someone to help? If I need more than two passes, will I need to purchase an additional pass? 


Yes, you will receive two total complimentary vendor passes. If you need more than two vendor passes, you will need to purchase an additional vendor pass.

What day will I be able to set up?


You will be able to start setting up on Thursday, September 5, in the afternoon.

I want to allow attendees to preorder my products, can I do that?


Absolutely! Please just let us know in your interest form.

What size table will we have provided?


Tables will be 6 feet wide.

Do the tables come with any decor at all?


No they do not. We highly encourage all vendors to bring their own decor and have some fun with it!
